International Day of Domestic Workers
The Women Development Department, Government of Punjab, in collaboration with the Christian Study Centre (CSC), organized an awareness session on Pro-Women Laws and the Punjab Domestic Workers Act 2019. The session highlighted key legal protections for domestic workers and underscored the Punjab Government's commitment to safeguarding their rights under the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. Participants emphasized the importance of enforcement, registration, and child protection reforms.
