EMPOWERING WORKING
WOMEN WITH SECURE HOSTELS IN PUNJAB

The Working Women Hostels (WWHs) Punjab are administered and managed by Women Development Department through its Directorate of Women Development Punjab. Establishment of WWHs is a routine service of the WDD, whereby, hostels are to be established in a phased manner covering the entire province.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a working woman.
Preference is given to Punjab Government employees.
Applicants must not be local area residents; only non-local working women are eligible.
Below the age of 18 are not allowed to stay in the hostel.
Applicants must provide an employer verification certificate, including character verification and job details.
Admission is granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to available vacancies.
