A UNICEF delegation, led by Ms. Sabahat, Team Lead, along with Ms. Sehar, the Focal Person for Gender and Education Specialist, today called on the Secretary, Women Development Department (WDD) to discuss potential initiatives for women’s development and gender equality, including efforts to combat Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Punjab. During the meeting, the Secretary WDD emphasized the vision of Punjab’s first-ever lady Chief Minister, who is committed to fostering a more inclusive and women-friendly Punjab.
