Ms. Sumaira Samad, Secretary, Women Development Department (WDD), and Mr. Ehsan Bhutta, Secretary, Industries, Commerce, Investment, and Skill Development Department (ICI&SDD), jointly lead the meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the upcoming exhibition organized by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and to devise strategies to encourage and promote women entrepreneurs from Punjab.The primary objective of the meeting was to facilitate the integration of women entrepreneurs from Punjab with the OIC and ensure their active participation in the exhibition. The Secretary, Industries and Commerce expressed his full support for this initiative and instructed the CEO of PBIT to collaborate with the Women Chambers of Commerce, Lahore. Their task was to identify women entrepreneurs who would be interested in participating in the exhibition. Furthermore, this collective effort aimed to provide a platform for women entrepreneurs in Punjab, enabling them to showcase their products and services, network with potential partners, and expand their businesses.
