Female Ambassdor from Minhaj University Lahore, in collaboration with the ORIC Department, conducted a comprehensive three-day Work-Readiness Training aimed at empowering women to enter the workforce with confidence and clarity.
The program featured awareness sessions, skill-building workshops, and interactive group activities designed to enhance participants’ understanding of workplace rights, safety, and professional conduct. Experts also provided valuable guidance on communication, leadership, and resilience, equipping women with the tools to navigate professional spaces effectively.
